Internships for college graduates.
If you want to apply for an internship at DKB you should have a BA, that is at least four semesters at a college or university. Ideally you majored in business administration, mechanical engineering, computer sciences, manufacturing technology, electrical engineering, materials sciences or manufacturing or business sciences.
We mostly offer internships in marketing, brand management and financial accounting/controlling.
During the internship, you are assigned to a concrete project from start to finish; a project runs four to six months respectively. While on the project you will gain insights into our organization, business procedures, production processes and the client/customer structures of our companies.
Entry opportunities for graduates/students.
You are a graduate in business administration, mechanical engineering, computer science, manufacturing technology, electrical engineering, materials science, materials manufacturing or business science -
or you are very close to graduating. Now you want to put your knowledge and skills into practice. For this we offer you a broad field of activity in the fascinating world of our brands.
At DKB you start on-the-job. Right away you are in charge of 'your project' or 'your product' and take full responsibility - with the support of your team and a supervisor, who will also be your coach. From day one, you will find that we favour accessibility and flat hierarchies. We treat each other with respect and mutual trust.
Advancement and promotion
After a successful entry period, we will acquaint you with your chosen field of activity. Then you are free to specialize, hone your skills and continue to develop. A typical career in the marketing field of a DKB brand name company could, for example, look like this: you start out as a junior product manager, advance to product manager and after a few successful years on the job you will lead your own team. Of course you will also be collecting lots of international experience along the way.
