Our strategy

Developing Individual Profiles - Gaining from Common Goals.

In 2005, DKB started with a strategic re-orientation as part of the group of companies. In order to create a better market and customer focus, streamline decision- making processes and become more effective, we re-organized the brand name companies into the three strategic divsions Household, Industrial and Cleaning Systems.

 

Aside from clear and concise positioning, a networked organizational structure facilitates the mutual exchange of knowledge between individual companies. And when it comes to infrastructure, business procedures and market access we make effective use of synergies to the advantage of all our brands.

 

By means of a selective geographical expansion we fully realize market potentials. Our activities aid and support the individual brand name companies in their chief goal: to inspire their customers.
