News 08 | 07 - New Wetrok subsidiary in Poland.

On 14 July 2008 Wetrok AG acquired all the shares in Bonder S.A. in Warsaw, Poland. The company has been selling Wetrok products in Poland since 1995 and is well positioned in the marketplace. The current CEO of Bonder S.A., Roman Roszewski, will become the managing director of the new Wetrok Subsidiary.

Design Awards for ZYLISS.

The list of prize-winning products from Zyliss has been further extended - the Smart TouchTM Salad Spinner is the 8th and latest to win the renowned red dot Design Award. On a regional level, too, Zyliss is turning heads - in February, three more products were awarded the Chicago Athenaeum's Good Design Award.
